Bates - Los Angeles) Referring to relocation fund held in escrow at Las Vegas In connection with the sale of water production and distribution facilities, I am attaching copy of letter which I received under date of October 27, 1955s from Mr. W. C. Benshaw, Engineer and Manager of Las Vegas Valley Water District, advising that all of the pipe relocations on Union Pacific property in accordance with Agreement C.L.D. 11342 have been completed: I would appreciate being advised when the escrow is closed in connection with this transaction / with the Water District.
