I agree.Las Vegas - January 21* 1943 1? 1-7-1 Ur. R. M, Sutton: Your memo January 9th, file BD 5«-7, thank you for the oopy of examiner1 a report you sent me covering oheok of our accounts in December 1943. We have adjusted the discrepancies listed under •Comments" in our letter December 14th covering room rentals: and on December Form 26 covering water accruals and collections* the delay in answering your letter was occasioned by a full reoheok of August Form 36 which developed the |3 oolleotion received from acoount Ho, 3186 was applied to service Ho, a330. Appropriate adjustment will be made in January Form 36, With regard to Form 3 "Detail of Water Charges", it is our thought that this form is not intended as a running record of collections as this information is shown on Form 86, With the present boom in Las Vegas changes in the number of tents, cabins* etc, occur almost monthly and we feel that Form 3 should reflect condition of property as it is today so that it can be eeferred to immediately by ourselves* our customers, or the Traveling Auditor. We will endeavor to show the date of changes on Form 3 under "Remarks® whenever practicable. We very much appreciate report of Traveling Accountants on the condition of our acoount. WALTER R.BRACkEN.
