RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, CLARK COUNTY, STATE OF NEVADA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PROPOSED "AGREEMENT FOR THE DELIVERY OF WATER" BY AND BETWEEN THE LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT AND BASIC MANAGEMENT, INC* The Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows: Section 1 <, That this Board hereby approved all of the terms and provisions of that certain proposed agreement by and between the Las Vegas Valley Water District andBasic Management, Inc., entitled "AGREEMENT FOR THE DELIVERY OF WATER".
