I A meeting of the Executive Committee of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Bailroad .Company was held at 165 Broadway, lew York City, on Monday, April 8th, 191E, at 3 p.m. ; Present: Directors W. A. Clark, R. S. Lovett and William Mahl. President W. A. Clark reported that a vacancy exists in the position of General Manager of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and requested that Mr. H. C. lutt he appointed to that position; is appointed General Manager of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Rail to ad Company at a salary of Fifteen Thousand Dollars (#15,000.) per annum. ABPQIITMEIT OF H. C. MJTT AS GENERAL MANAGER: Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, That Mr. H. C. lutt he and hereby On motion meeting adjourned. Secretary, Executive Comnittee.
