We have delivered to the First National Bank of Nevada, Las Vegas,Nevada, today,three originals of Escrow Instructions and all the conveyance documents referred to in my letter to the Bank dated June 18, 1954-, copy of which was mailed to you. We have also transmitted to the Bank three originals of Amendment to Escrow Instructions which reduce the Preliminary Purchase Price by $18,633.79* provided the transfer of the water system is completed on July 1, 1954.
