No. 1131*2-1 amending agreement dated June 1, 1953* cover­ing sale of water production and distribution facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada, by LA&SL-UPRRCos. and Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Las Vegas Valley Water District, which supplemental agreement provides for granting to the Water District of additional easements over two 15 foot strips of land for construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines at that point, and subsequent relinquishment by the Water District of similar easement granted it under the original agreement. I return herewith duplicate originals of this supplemental agreement and call attention to the fact that the Water District’s seal was not applied when this document was executed on behalf of the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
