This request covers 260 f t . more o f lin e than that s p e c ific a lly mentioned in Mr. J e f fe r s ’ w ire above r e fe rre d to . This a d d itio n a l length has been considered necessary a ft e r v fu rth er study o f the present and proposed f a c i l i t i e s , in order to carry the 24” lin e a s u ffic ie n t distance in to the Shop Grounds so as to provide fo r a connection to a l l our present and proposed water lin e s servin g r a ilro a d f a c i l i t i e s .
