Adamson WO 683 authorised construction of water main to serve portion of Bloch 1 - Tract 4, Boulder Dam HomeSite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada at estimated cost of #800 chargeable to Investment. Description of work performed: Constructed 198 lineal feet of 6 * cast iron water main. fork was commended September 17, 1951 and completed October 6, 1951 Detailed statement of charges in amount of #564.25 together with statement of adjustments necessary to complete accounting Is attached. The total cost to Mr. Bailsman, pursuant to contract, HLD 2516, dated September 15, 1951, now In course of execution, including 10# for overhead and supervision is #620.65, which amount is subject to refund from water revenues, leaving a balance of #179.35 to be returned to Mr. Saltzman for which Form 183 - Ho. V 508 is attached. Following is data for depreciation purposes* 6 ® cast iron pipe 198 feet #564.23 Services numbers 13500 to 15507 Inclusive have been assign­ed to this agreement. For Mr. Adamson*s information the water line 198* in length was constructed in location as indicated on map attached to Mr. Reinhardt*s recommendation to Mr. Stoddard dated August 6 ,x95i. W. H.
