Las Ve*,aa - March 3, 1945 W 23-4-4 Mr. Frank strong; With reference to our taking over operation of the ester system In Boulder Addition and Park Place, and expending water mains to that territory authorised by WO 51 I transmit, herewith (15 Copy of Public Service Commission order February P? approving our application for transfer of CPC- 427. (2) Water Company’s original of NLB 1207, agreement with Kseley-Vyera covering labor. (3) Fidelity Bond executed by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, and notarized. (4) Public liability Insurance policy issued by same Company, (5) Joint Casement from property owners for pipe lines duly notarized.
