S. WENGERT, 5 Trustee, acting as Trustee for G. B. Page, an individual, and 6 C* R* Ronnow and C, S. Wengert, partners — the said C, S. WENGERT, 7 Trustee, of Las Vegas, Nevada, being hereinafter called nSubdivider," 8 Party of the Second Part, 9 WITNESSETH: 10 RECITALS 11 WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis- 12 tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, 13 Clark County, Nevada; and 14 WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in:developing the in- 15 dustrial area lying between Utah and Wyoming Avenues, west of Fair- 16 field Street, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and 17 has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: 18 19 Commencing at a connection with existing 6 " cast iron water main in Truck Highway approximately 210 feet southerly from the southerly line of Utah Avenue, thence 20 easterly across Truck Highway and private property to a point in Fairfield 21 Street approximately 190 feet south of south line of Utah Avenue together with approximately 12 feet of 6 ” cast iron fire hydrant connection to be in location as designated by 22 City Authorities* 23 WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in 24 accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Com- 25 mission of the State of Nevada; and 26 -1- A ' / / 3
