|Vater, San Bernardino. \ ///- Los Angeles, November 30, 1922. Mr. A. S. Halsted,- I thank you for your letter of November 28th, in regard to charge for water for locomotives at San Bernardino. It is my desire to call upon the Santa Fe to submit the question to arbitration, and would like to be advised whether you feel that any special form of notice to the Santa Fe on that point is necessary. If so, I would like to have your assistance in drafting it.
