M« Folger) Referring to your letter February 5>th to Mr. Folger with copies to Mr* Cory and this office, relative to Senate Bill Wo. 6 introduced in the Nevada Legislature: 1 see no objection to the provisions of the bill, and am returning the copy forwarded with your letter. In this connection, in discussing the matter with Mr, Reinhardt, he feels that such communications should be made to me (as representative of Mr* Reinhardt) with copies to Messrs.
