V Los Angeles, January 4, 19S0 7334 Hr. j* P* Hook - Los Angeles (go - Mr. V. R. Hasty * Omaha) Supplementing my letter to you dated January 4, 1951, with which I submitted copies of Fora 30 and requisitions covering Installation of pumps on Hells Mos. 8, 10 and 11 at Las Vegas, for which advance work order authority has been issued. Hr. Jopling has furnished this office data for ordering switch panels and 2 have made requisition 64-9 direct on Purchasing Agent, per 2 copies attached. Am also attaching 3 prints of our drawing showing proposed location of additional power line to serve these three veils. However, Mr. Hasty was in my offlee recently and it was his opinion it would not be necessary to construct this new line parallel to the power line to the west and a connection could be made from source of power in the line East of the welle and brought across to the existing line west of the wells by malting connection in vicinity of one of the wells and install the additional circuit on the existing pole line. Am furnishing Mr. Hasty a copy of this letter with print so ho can oonfer direct with Mr. Jopllng and reach quick decision on whore power line is to be built so Mr. Jopling can requisition required materia without delay.
