With respeot to the above I am attaching hereto for your further handling, original and one photostatlo copy of Assignment dated Deoember 30, 1953, which has been fully exeouted by the Federal Homes Development Company Ino., and transfers and sets over unto Hr. Calvin H. Cory all Interest and tile to the above mentioned Agreement and authorises this Company to make all future refund payments to Hr. Calvin H. Cory. With regard to the photostatic oopy of the above mentioned dooument will you kindly arrange for execution on behalf of the Water Company returning earns to me for delivery to Mr. Cory at Lae Vegaa. For your Information Federal Homes Development Company, Ino., have compiled with all of the provisions set-forth In Agreement *H*L.D. 2642.
