Moore, Jr. of Las Vegas Nevada covering the cons truetIon of 410 LF of 8** cast iron water main to serve Block 4 of Desert Park No. 2, Las Vegas, in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6* oast iron water main in Lot 1 of said Block 4 at a point 7 feet east of the west line of said Lot 1, thence southerly parallel with the west line of said lot approximately 410 feet to the south line of Lot 5 of said BGLoGk 4. Subdivider Agrees: 1. At his own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct approximately 410 LF of 8>w cast Iron water main for the agreed sum of #1,993*00. Las Vegas ~ November 17, 1952 2. Said water main shall be constructed of S*? oast iron pipe and shall be in accordance with AWWA specifications. All Joints shall be of cement and all pipe shall be new B & S cast iron, equal to ANNA Class 150, and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipes, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by Pacific States Cast Iron Pip© Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with A W A specifications, shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there be less then 36* of covering over such water mains. All workmanship, material and the Installation of said water main shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorized representative of the Company.
