I enclose herewith duplicate originals of Letter of Agreement whloh were Just returned from San Franolsoo this morning with endorsement of the Insurance Company. Please note paragraph 10 provides work must be started within 5 days from date of the Letter of Agreement. We did not receive the Letter of Agreement until April 35 and at that time Hr. Roberta promptly ordered the material, and will oommenoe work as soon as It is received. As it Is Impossible tooomply with the time limit set In the Agreement, Hr. HoHamee suggests a supplementary letter extending the time limit, whloh la per-mlssable under provisions of the bond endorsed by the Insurance Company.
