lease of said property for purpose of prospecting and drilling for oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances and Licensee shall secure written consent of Richfield Oil Corporation before doing any work in connection with construction of the pipe line here-lnabove referred to; and said license shall also be subject to agreement between LVL&WCo. and Lomita Gasoline Company, dated February 10, 19^7, Land Company’s Contract Audit No. 1039^, cover­ing license for 16-inch wet gas pipe line along and across said property; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 12197* dated April 20, 1956* with The Texas Company, covering construction, maintenance and operation of a 6-inch gas pipe line near Spring Street and east of California Avenue, Long Beach, California; consideration of $10.00 as rental for term of agreement; said license being sub­ject to revocation by Land Company on 60 days written notice and also to existing agreement between LA&SLRRCo. and Lomita Gasoline Company, dated November L, 1935* R.R.Co. Contract Audit No. 5^10* covering ten-inch gas pipe line in same location as pipe line covered by this agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
