On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assist­ant Secretary Rigdon in executing Deed, N. L. D. No. 789, dated November 7, 1941, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Cloyde E. Wilcox, conveying all of Lots 11 and 12, Block 26, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite (known as 521 South Third Street), Las Vegas, Nevada, as covered by Contract Audit No. 10059, dated April 1, 1940; consideration $10.00 and other valuable consideration; subject to taxes and assessments due or to become due; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. coal, oil and mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C* A. No. 10149, dated October 27, 1941, addressed to Eric W. Emtman, Contractor, Riverside, California, covering the making of certain alterations in this Company's packing house, located at Fourth and Vine Streets, Riverside, California, (under lease to Fred W. Krinard and R. G. Krinard, Co-partners, Hillside Citrus Co., Inc.); consideration $1,893.00, plus actual cost to him of surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
