All of the area lying within and bounded by North Main Street on the east , West Bonanza Road (Clark Avenue) on the south, the Union Pacific Railroad main trackage on the west, and the east-west quarter section line of Section 27 on the north. All of the area lying within and bounded by South Main Street on the east, Wyoming Street on the north, the east boundary of the Meadows Addition on the west, and South Fifty Street on the south. All frontage on the south side of West Charleston Boulevard to a depth of one hundred fifty feet (150') and included between the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and South Main Street. Lots 7 to 12 inclusive in Block 5; Lots 1 to 6 inclusive in Block 6; Lots 1 to 6 inclusive in Block 11; Lots 7 to 12 inclusive in Block 12; Lot 7 in Block 21; Lot 6 in Block 22; all in the H.F.M. and M. Addition. Lot 7 in Block 5; lot 6 in block 6; Lot 6 in Block 10; Lot 7 in Block 11; all in the Valley View Addition. All frontage along the north side of Bonanza Road (Clark Street) for a depth of one hundred forty feet (140') between the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and "H" Street. This shall include all that portion of the city of Las Vegas lying within the following described area: All of the south-west quarter (SW¼) of Section 27 lying south of Bonanza Road (Clark Avenue) and west of the Union Pacific Railroad main trackage; all of the area lying within and bounded by South Main Street on the east, West Charleston Boulevard on the south, Union Pacific Railroad main trackage on the west, and the westerly prolongation of the center line of east Garves Street, between South Main Street and the Union Pacific main trackage, on the north. Section 5. Fire zone #3 shall include all of the area within the incorporated limits of the city of Las Vegas except those portions which are included within and particularly described in this ordinance as Fire Zone #1, Fire Zone #2, and Fire Zone #2s. Section 6. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. But is is specifically provided that neither the amendment here-by made to said ordinance nor any repeal hereby provided for shall affect in any way any prosecution for the violation of said ordinances and/or parts of ordinances repealed by this ordinance pending at the time this ordinance becomes effective. Section 7. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage, adoption and publication for two weeks, that is to say, once each week for a period of two weeks in the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal, a daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. Section 8. The City Clerk of the City of Las Vegas is hereby authorized and directed to have this City Ordinance published in the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal, a daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, for a period of two weeks, that is to say, once each week for a period of two weeks. _____/s/ E.
