COPY CITY OF LAS VEGAS June 17, 1948 Mr. A. M. Folger, Superintendent Las Vegas Land & Water Company 401 South 2nd Street Las Vegas, Nevada Mesquite Street Dear Mr. Folger: Attached are two prints delineating a proposed change in the channel alignment of Las Vegas Creek through your property at the southeast corner of North Main and Mesquite Streets. This is in accordance with our telephone conversation. The lessee of your property, Nevada Iron & Metals, Ltd., has requested this realignment in conjunction with an intended use and occupancy of the property, which we understand will be the installation of a large scale on the northerly portion of this lot for the weighing of vehicles. This proposal is submitted for your approval prior to actual relocation. Your reply will be appreciated. Yours very truly, /s/ C. G. Petrie /t/ C. G. Petrie City Engineer COPY
