As advised Mr. Connor, we have no data in this o ffic e for the months prior to that Indicated on the enclosed statement. For the periods in which the meters were out of order, or where the reading Indicated that the meter was not properly recording, we have estimated the consumption, and such estimates are indicated by As in each instance the daily consumption was less than production, the surplus went over the spillw ay.
