N thia Company’s fruit packing house, located at San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, California, has been paid, that Las Vegas Land and Water Company releases any interest it may have in and to the "Compact for Mutual Indemnity against Loss by Fire of Packing House Properties of Corporations or Persons Affiliated with the California Fruit Growers Exchange", and notifying said Exchange to disregard Assignment by said Citrus Fruit Growers to LVL&WCo., dated May 5, 1941, and Notice of Assignment addressed to said Exchange, dated May 5, 1941; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider CLD No. 6645, dated August 24, 1945, extending to Sept. 30, 1946, term of agreement Audit No. 10258, dated October 1, 1943, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and V-0 Milling Company, Lessee, expiring September 30, 1945, (assigned April 30, 1945, to The Quakor Oats Company), covering lease of site for storage and repair of trucks, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental $50 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30. days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby in executing rider C.L.D. 6656, dated August 31, 1945, terminating effective August 31, 1945, lease agreement Audit 10095, dated October 10, 1940, expiring December 31, 1947, between LVL&vVCo., Lessor* and Acme Fast Freight, Inc., Lessee, covering land and -8-
