    On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Rider C.L.D. No. *4-921-8, dated March 20, 1958, extending to and including April 9, I960, term of Agreement Audit No. 10235, dated March 22, 19^3, expiring April 9, 1958, with A. Meyers, dba Eckdahl Warehouse Company, covering lease of garage building in vicinity of Allso and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, California, rental for extended term $*4-98.8*4- per month, payable monthly in advance, plus any additional rental required under other provisions of this lease? be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification; W. 0. 817, Issued May 19, 1958, Signal Hill and Long Beach, California, retirement of portion of Lot 2*4-, American Colony Tract, Signal Hill, California, and parts of Lots 2*4-, 25 and 31, American Colony Tract, Long Beach, California, which property was conveyed to Anson E, Murphy and Herbert F. Murphy by LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5561, dated January 30, 1958. Credit Account - Real Estate Sold - Unimproved Real Estate - California - $1,769.00? Charge Sale Price - $*4-0,000.00?
