Gentlemen:- I enclose herewith a complete schedule of revised prices of unsold lots in Las Vegas fownsite, which have heen approved by the Special Committee. It is expected however, that preference will be given to selling of lots to employes who desire to build, and it is not desired in any case to dispose of a bunch of lots to any one person for speculative purposes.
