SEP 23 1963 Please refer to my letter ,of August 7, /.1963, Hr. Groome*s letter of September 11/1963, and Hr. Cunningham's letter of September 12,vl963, to me relative to the unauthorized use of water by Hr. Cy Rouch from the pipeline serving Arden, Nevada. ^ "=--^r-— With his letter of September 11, 1963, to Hr. Cunningham, Hr. Groome forwarded four prints of Division Drawing No. A-1590 showing our pipeline align ment and the Engineering Station of the unauthorized hose bib connection. Sdd print apparently also shows two parcels of land owned fey Mr. Jose Jauregui over which our pipeline crosses. I enclose herewith copy of toy letter to Hr. Cunningham dated August 7, 1963, together with excerpts from a report of January 20, 1927, and from a supplemental report of December 31, 1929. I will appreciate your advising me whether or not any part of the Railroad Company pipeline crosses property owned by others which is not subordinate to the filing map of April 10, 1925. I assume that an examination of Division Drawing No. A-1590 end the enclosed excerpts will enable you to give me this information so that I may reply to Mr. Cunningham's letter of September 12, 1963.
