I agree.I Hr* Guild? LosAngeles, February 13, 1942* - Hr* Titus called on phone today and said they hate 26 tank ears In service hauling 20 to 26 care of water per day from Las Vegae to Royaon for use of McNeil, as well as contractor building the reservoir. Says this domestic water is being used by McNeil to sprinkle down streets and by contractor to “puddle* down reservoir to eliminate duet. Hr. Titus thought this was an unnecessary waste of domestic water from Las Vegas and also resulted In railroad having to haul a lot of water for other than domestic purposes* tying up tank oars badly needed elsewhere. Was wondering why McNeil and other contractora could not run their tank trucks to Head Lake and obtain water there for uee in sprinkling streets, etc., using the water hauled from Las Vegas for domestio purposes only.
