I agree.Las Vegas - March 18, 19^8 R 2-100 Mr. Frank Strong: Our conversation regarding the Teachers Building lease at Main and Charleston: I looked over the site with ioh Kaltenhorn today, and he is doing a Job of cleaning up. Trucks, bulldozers and men with shovels have been working there for the past three days, hauling away the large pile of gravel, cleaning up the debrie along the track, and he will also remove the remaining part of the galvanized-iron building damaged by fire. The broken pieces of adobe brick piled at the north end of his site, he intended to use for fill in building the oar-door level platform, as soon as a suitable tenant can be located for the proposed new warehouse. If we have any applicants for warehouse space on spur track he will appreciate our putting them in contact with him. A. M. Folger
