Docket 52 SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER A t a general session of the Public. Service Commission of Nevada, held at its offices in Carson City, Nevada, on September 21, 1931. PRiSHNT: Chairman J, F. Shaughnessy Commissioner H. R. Mar t i n Secretary Lee S. Scott IT APPEARING, that there has been filed w i t h the Public Service Commission of Nevada, a petition for reconsideration of its Opinion, Order and Decision made and decided August 28, 1931 in the above entitled matter, and particularly the following: (a) That part of the Order reducing the reserve for replacement otherwise termed depreciation, from 4%, the amount claimed b y your petitioner, to 2%; (b) That part of the Order allowing your petitioner a valua t i o n of only $16,000.00 for the w a t e r appropriated, owned and consumed and for w a t e r at all times available for diversion and application to domestic and industrial uses at Las Vogas, Nevada, b y your petitioner; (c) That part of the Order disallowing Rule 10 of your p e t i t i o n e r ’s Rules and Regulations, for the. reasons stated in said Order; (d) That p art of the Order reducing certain of the rates as filed b y petitioner; IT FURTHER APPEARING, that th o Commission is fully advised in the matter, IT IS ORDERED, That Sections (a), (b), and (d) as sot forth above are her e b y denied, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Rule 10 as stated in section (c) above of Rules and Regulations shall be amended to r o a d as follows; and shall remain in effect: "The Company m a y charge Five ($5.00) Dollars for each tapping of w a l k mains, to be paid b y tho owner or consumer ordering th o same."
