pipe line between Cherry Ave. and Walnut Ave., Long Beach, California, as amended by letter agreement C.L.D. 7409, dated July 12, 1946, providing for annual rental of $39.79 instead of $61.20, account rights granted with respect to that portion of said pipe line located in Lot 12, American Colony Tract, being terminated; said license being revocable upon 60 days’ written notice by Land Company; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement mN"L.D. 2590, dated June 26, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called “Company”, and Lee Construc­tion Co., Inc., called Subdivider”, providing: 1 - Subdivider, at its expense, to furnish neces­sary labor, materials and to construct ap­proximately 1040 lineal feet of 8” cast iron water main and 520 lineal feet of.6“ cast iron water main in Oakey Boulevard,.Griffith Avenue and South Fifteenth Street to serve Ridgeview Tract No. 5, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 35$ of the monthly revenue received by it from consum­ers located within Blocks 5 and 6 of Ridgeview Tract No. 5, taking service from the water mains so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of installing said water mains, not to exceed, however, the sum of $5,851.20, which­ever occurs first; 3 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company bill-of-sale for said water mains; 5 - Company to own said water mains; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -3-
