Mr.L.R.Maag -las Vegas Mr.L.L.Burri-cmaha ) Referring to your letter of August 5th, your file 704-36* and with especial reference to the last paragraph thereof! 1 aa advised that the District has formally approved the statement of accounts aa aet out in your letter of July 26th to me* and have authorised the preparation of a resolution to pay over to us the balance due to that account* to wit* $16*245.29 if my mathematics are correct* and also to withdraw from the escrow the balance of the Purchase Price Adjustment Fund as that Fund ia defined in the Escrow Instructions. Unfortunately* formal action on this approval* to be evidenced by a resolution* can not be taken until August 24th - the nest meeting of the Board of Directors* but I know of no reason why you could not consider that figure correct as the basis for the various income tax returns* etc.* mentioned in your letter of August 5th.
