Campbell Campbell Realty Company 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Campbells Just a word of congratulation — on the Water District Bond Over a period of four years I have attempted through correspondence, brochures and personal telephone calls to interest the New York market in the bond issues of Southern Nevada -- The almost continuous parade of new bond issues in the Clark County area was beginning to bring about a near saturation point in the market which has existed for some years. The Water Bond sale broke open a new avenue of investment — and a large one. Further and continued borrowing on bond issues is going to be necessary in Southern Nevada — because of the tremendous growth. The successful Water Bond sale in such large amount, gives assurance that there will be a future market from year to year for these oncomine issues. Incidentally, will you be so kind as to have the District Secretary send to me the names of the bidders in each syndicate? sale but without success Thanks. Sincerely yours, LWG s cs Lauren W. Gibbs
