MoNamee Attorney at Law 310 Fremont Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Laos I am sending to you and to Mr. Campbell a copy of a proposed agreement between the Union Pacific Railroad Company, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Laa Vegas Valley Water District* which is referred to as Exhibit ’ A: and which deals with the subject of the removal and relocation of existing pipe lines and wire lines between the water production field and the dis­tribution system at Las Vegas. Attached to this agree­ment is a map designated as Exhibit ”A-1”# which has been reduced In size from a similar map heretofore fur­nished you. The enclosed agreement (Exhibit A1) and the map (Exhibit “A—l) are Identical with the docu­ments enclosed with Mr. Campbell's letter to me of Feb­ruary 2* 1953# In which he transmitted one executed o- riginal and one executed copy of the revised proposal of the District to purchase " the water production and distribution system at Laa Vegas together with a copy of Exhibit A and Exhibit "A-1% except that certain typographical errors have been corrected in the en­closed Exhibit A as follow#--* In Section 2(b) the letters shown on Exhibit "A-l” between which the 2^-inch and 16-inch pipe lines extend have been Inserted. On line 11* page 6* the reference has been changed from a 30-inch ‘ cast Iron” pipe to a 39-lnch ’ concrete” pipe line.
