Our Ball this year will be held at the Sahara Hotel on October 24 and all proceeds will be donated to Bluecoats, Inc., which assists widows and children of Clark County firemen and law enforcement officers who lose their lives in the line of duty. I am writing to ask your cooperation in making this yearfs event even more outstanding than those in the past. The Culinary Arts Show is a disnlay of the talents of the kitchen J' craftsmen working in southern Nevada and consists of exhibit center pieces. # I would appreciate vour notifying the chef that the Sands Hotel will be represented in the Culinary Arts Show and giving him your approval to prepare an exhibit.
