Changes Commissioner Whipple moved the following applications for gaming license for the fourth quarter of 1953, being a change of operator and business name be approved. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Bunker moved the application of V.M. Benson dba Bank Club, New 2300 E. Charleston for- one "21" game for the fourth quarter of 1953 Bank Club be denied due to the fact that this is a new application and is out of Denied the establishment gaming district; Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Las Vegas Turf Club Commissioner Bunker moved the application of John George Georgacakis, Las Vegas Turf Club, 126 North 1st Street for one Race Horse Book for the fourth quarter of 1953 be approved subject to favorable investigation by the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Bunker moved the application by Robert T. King, for an Additional additional "21" game and 2 slot machines at the Nevada Club, 113 Fremont Nevada Club for the fourth quarter of 1953 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Banker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. 9-30-53
