Sutton) Suit was filed November 16, 1951» in the First Judicial District Court, County of Ormsby, State of Nevada, by Las Yegas Land and Water Company against the Nevada Public Service Commission to sot aside the Commission’s order of August 24, 1951* concerning water rates at Las Yegas. We also entered into a stipulation with the defendant Public Service Commission that it might have to and including 20 days from and after receipt by the defendant of written demand that the Commission shall prepare and file its answer to the complaint.
