As requested in your latter January 35, File 085, 1 enclose herewith a forecast of revenues and expenses for the year 1944 covering Nevada operations. Under Real Estate we have included revenues from rental of cottages, deferred collections on sales of real estate, ground rentals, and rent from rooming house• !e have forecast our revenues from water sales higher than in previous years in line with the present trend of business.
