On motion duly made, seconded and carried* it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED* That the notion of the President and secretary in executing and delivering, upon the part of this company, agree* stent dated January 20th, 1931, extending for period of one year from February 1st, 1931, agreement dated February 1st, 1928, between Los Angeles & Balt Lake Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and later Company and The Austin Securities Company, Ltd,, covering appointment of the Securities Company as sales agent of the Railroad and Land Companies -within their various industrial tracts in and in the vicinity of Los Angeles, California, upon same terms and conditions, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, It was, by unanimous rote, RIC0LV1B* That the action of the President and secretary in executing and delivering agreement, dated February 14th, 1931, between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and southern California Edison Company, Ltd., granting to the latter the right to construct, maintain and operate a 16,000-volt power line, over and across certain property of this company located in Tract lo. 7777, Los Angeles County, State of California, such power line and appurtenances to be constructed and maintained to the satisfaction of this company, together with certain other conditions as set forth in the agreement, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it ms, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED* That the action of the Vice-President and secretary in executing end delivering lease of this company, dated December 15th, 1930, in favor of Charles Vi sale and Domenico Vissio, covering* All of Lot 1, Trent 7207, as said tract is shown on map recorded in Book 115* pages 17 end- 18 of Maps* records
