(b) An addition to existing garage, approximately % 24' x 68* in size, at estimated cost of approximately $2000*; Lessee agreeing to pay Lessor for the use of said additional land and said additions and improvements, monthly in advance, rental at rate of 1/12 of $37.94 for the said land, 1/12 of 6h% upon the actual cost to Lessor of constructing said improvements to existing meat packinghouse, and at rate of 1/12 »0f iM upon actual cost to Lessor of constructing said addition to garage; said rental to be in addition to all other rental and payments required to be paid to Lessor by Lessee under terms of said lease dated May 17, 1938; said additional monthly payments by Lessor to be effective commencing on the first day of calendar month next succeeding date of completion of construction of said additions and improvements, or next succeeding the date of occupancy thereof by Lessee, whichever is first, and to be included in said lease Audit No. 9904 and be subject to its terms and conditions throughout the remainder of its term, (including the provisions with respect to payment of taxes, assessments and insurance thereon); said Lessor further agreeing, at its own expense, to maintain said improvements to packinghouse and Lessee agreeing to maintain at its own expense said addition to garage in good condition and repair; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant -7-
