Security Title Insurance Company to issue its standard form of title insurance policy, insuring title to said property vested in Land Company, with the exception of the minerals, oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances in and under said property, and subject to: 1. Items 1, 2, 3, 5» 6 , 7 and 8 as set out in preliminary title report attached to option agreement as Exhibit "H"; Z a Rights of "Grantors" under the roadway easement, attached to option agreement as Exhibit "G"; 3. Crop agreements attached to option agreement as Exhibits "B", "B-l", "C" and "C-l".
