I agree.bharacter of the soil is such that it will hold water for irrigation and requires a relatively small amount of water. Non© of the soil shows any indication of alkali, nor does the analysis of the soil mad® by Prof. Stabler show any such indication. As shown by Well Driller^ logs, the surface soil averages 40 feet in depth, precluding hard pan.
