Ross Clark, President, Las Vegas Land and Water Co., Los Angeles, Cal. Dear Sir: You will find enclosed an Agreement in favor of Geo. M. Sanderson, covering lots in block 33. I am returning this Agreement for cancella­tion and in lieu thereof kindly send me Agreement covering Lots 30, 31, and 32 in Block 33, purchase price $325.00, one-fourth of which is to be paid in cash on delivery of Agreement, and the balance to run at the rate of 6$per annum, to run one year from date of Agreement. Also kindly send me Agreement covering Lots 27, 28, and 29, in Block 33 in favor of Mrs, Katharine Mayberry, purchase price to be $300.00 one-fourth of which will be paid upon delivery of Agreement and the balance to run one year at 6% interest on total balance. Mrs. Mayberry is Mr. Sanderson’s mother- in-law and they are buying these six lots together for the purpose of immediate improvement. Yours truly, WRB/OJ
