The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas is hereby authorized and directed to have this ordinance published in the Las Vegas Age a tri-weekly newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas for one week (three consecutive issues). Passed and adopted this 2nd day of January A.D. 1930, by the following vote: Commissioners Hanseel, Smith, Thomas, and His Honor the Mayor Hesse, voting aye, Noes None. First reading December 5, 1929. Second and final reading January 2, 1930. Approved this 2nd day of January 1930. J. F. Hesse Mayor of the City of Las Vegas. Squires, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is publisher of Las Vegas Age, a tri-weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clerk, State of Nevada, and that the attached City Ordinance #153 was continuously published in said newspaper for a period of three issues from Jan. 7 to Jan. 11 inclusive, being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: Jan. 7, 9 and 11 1930.
