Los Angeles, April 9th, 13^8 7331*- Mr* J. P* Mack; Attached please- find h prints of Drawing No. 16196, dated April 3, 13^8, showing details for installation of float switches to be installed at reservoirs in Las Vegas. Due to the snail capacity of reservoirs, these switohes are being installed as a protection to the pumps in event the reservoir should run dry during the period of heavy demand in the summer months. Will you please arrange to have these switohes installed at an early date, charging cost to Aooount 18, W.O. 3180-1. The switches, together with floats, chain and counterweights are now available in Las Vegas Store. The guide rods and lead anchors have been requisitioned and should be available within a Utew days. The metal Jack over switch can be made from scrap material at Las Vegas. After switohes have been installed it will be necessary for you to install the connection to motor circuits in pump house Electrical material required to make these connections has not been ordered. lm:o R.
