Mr. M, M, Sweeney Gentleren* In accordance with request contained in last paragraph of your letter dated April 2, 1953* we will proceed with preparation of agreement between Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, as trustee for the following named parties, and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering construction of a 6 s water line in location described in your letter* Hr. Mo D. Close and Mope Close, his wife. Mr. P. L. Robinson, and 1. ft* Robinson, his wife. Mr, Mel Cooper and Evelyn Cooper, his wife. Frank MoN&mee. M. M. Sweeney, The agreement which we will write with your company, as trustee, subject to executive approval, will provide among other things as follows* Subdlvlder Agrees* (Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company— Trustee) 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct* (a) Approximately 730 L.F, of 6# cast iron water main.
