They are anxious to proceed with acquisition of right-of-way for widening north Main, and due to the question of whether Mr* Cahlan will exercise his option on the 100-foot atrip south of Se&rs-Boebuok, they have prepared a commitment to cover this atrip which has been executed by Mr. Cahlan and they request similar execution on behalf of the Water Company* Proposed from of deed cowering the W l feet which we still own Is also attached together with prints* A* M* Polger
