Bennett: Referring to your letter date regarding water conditions in the portion of Las Vegas occupied by colored people: We now have approved authority to complete the installation of distributing lines in this general area and have forwarded to Omaha a request for additional feeder lines which should improve the distributing conditions so as to take care of the difficulty mentioned.
