\ 2. That certain easement for water mains as granted to San Gabriel Valley Water District, recorded in Book D-3322, page 554, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California* 3* Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill and Secretary D. E. Clark, in executing license agreement C.L.D. No. 16071, dated July 30, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern California Gas Company covering construction, maintenance and operation of a gas pipeline in the vicinity of Mile Post 17.8 in the Dominguez area, Los Angeles County, California; license shall be effective as of May 20, 1968 at rental of $25.00 for a term of five years, terminable on thirty days notice in writing; Gas Company shall indemnify and hold harmless Land Company; that the Gas Company’s use of Land Company’s land is subject and subordinate to prior rights of the General Exploration Company to use area and premises for oil drilling purposes and other oil operations; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing termination rider C.L.D. No. 15704-1, dated July 1, 1968, effective June 8, 1968, terminating agreement C.A. 11024 -3
