Our latest Inforaatlon is that the Board of Directors of the las Vegas Valley water District will hold a meeting In the latter part of this week to authorise the sign­ing of the Sserow Instructions by the District. Therefore, unless sons difficulty develops at ths last moment, we expect the transfer of the water systea to the District to be aede on July 1, 1954. Nr. Reinhardt agreea with ae that it would be de-elrable for you to have a representative at las Vegas on the sale date who could rewain thsre until the final accounting for tho purchase price is ccaplets. A number of accounting problems incidental to the transfer will undoubtedly arise after the sale date, which can be disposed of on the grounds by Nr. Haag and your representative.
