For your convenience I also attach a reeap showing the total number of coolers by subdivisions and the number properly equipped. Please note the more modem subdivisions run 90 to 100 per cent but this average is considerably reduced by the poor showing in Old Town and the West Side. Messrs. Anderson, Thompson, and Gardner are to be congratulated on the thoroughness of the check and we will follow up each of the exceptions noted with a written notification over the signature of oity official, thereafter referring the recalcitrants to the Police Department for issuanoe of citations.
