Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. B ID NO. 53.6 This being the time heretofore set for the opening of bid no 53.6 for Tires and Tubes, Tires & Tubes bids were received from the following firms: U .S . Commissioner Whipple moved the foregoing bids be referred to the City Manager and Comptroller for computation and recommendation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. LOVASS PARKING The proposal of Nevada Sales for the installation of Lovass Parking Meter Time Eraser having METER been referred to Commissioners Bunker and Peccole, 3/4/53, Commissioner Bunker member of the committee requested additional time before reporting inasmuch as Commissioner Peccole, member of the Committee is absent. Thereafter Commissioner Bunker referred this matter to the City Attorney for the determination whether or not this should be treated as a revenue matter or a measure to regulate and expedite traffic. SUNRISE PARK TRACT Mr. Shanks was present and wished to compliment the Engineering Department for their help and NO. 1, Blk 4 co-operation in this project. He requested the Engineering Department to make an estimate on Sewer Mains this project and if the Board would be willing to put this on an assessment basis. Discussion was held on this matter. Thereafter Commissioner Bunker moved the matter of the Sewer Mains in Sunrise Park Tract #1, Blk. 4, be referred to the Engineering Department to make a survey and report to be turned in as soon as possible. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. RELEASE OF PERFORM-Cornmissioner Whipple moved the performance bond of Longley Construction Company for installation ANCE BOND of improvements in Assessment District No. 200-5 be released, since this district has been completed Longley Construction and accepted. Company Assesment District Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote; Commissioners No. 200-5 Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole.
